We are committed to providing the best possible help and support if you have experienced any form of sexual misconduct.
Lincoln University is committed to providing a safe, respectful, inclusive, and tolerant campus environment in which any form of sexual misconduct is not tolerated. Any disclosure of sexual misconduct will be dealt with in a supportive and fair manner to ensure all students and staff can participate in campus life to successfully study, learn, and work.
Lincoln University Sexual Misconduct Policy
The Lincoln University Sexual Misconduct Policy outlines:
- the options available for those disclosing sexual misconduct
- the expectations of staff and students who receive disclosures of sexual misconduct
- the support available to students who disclose sexual misconduct
- a clear process for the University to follow when responding to disclosed incidents of sexual misconduct.

Lincoln University Sexual Misconduct Response Team
The Lincoln University Sexual Misconduct Response Team's role is to receive disclosures of Sexual Misconduct, link students and staff with support services, and ensure students and staff are aware of the options available to them as outlined in the Lincoln University Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedure.
Reporting form
The reporting form for the Sexual Misconduct Response Team can be used to disclose any incident of sexual misconduct involving a Lincoln University Student. It can be completed by the student themselves or anyone who has witnessed or has concerns about an incident of sexual misconduct.
All information shared in the form will remain confidential to protect privacy and will not be shared outside of the Sexual Harm Response Team. The only exception to this is if there are significant safety concerns that require information to be shared with emergency services.
